  • I bought a sectional and it was defective the wooden frame was screwed in side ways and it broke after less then a month. It was a pretty sectional and very comfortable but I was sold a defective item. Got no where with the sales rep. when I called, so I just have a broken couch sitting in the middle of my living room.
