  • This place is awesome! Personally I am kind of "boring" ice cream eater and I always get the same thing no matter where I go. But, believe me when I say this place has the best Vanilla Milkshakes I have ever had in Pittsburgh. CASH ONLY, but with an ATM in the building all of you plastic toting peeps don't have to fret! Dave and Andy's is a classic Pittsburgh Institution, and for anyone hoping to get the full scope of the Pittsburgh food scene, this needs to be added on to your list of Must Tastes. And if you are feeling as boring as I always do, you really can't go wrong with a vanilla milkshake!
