We got in quite a jam with a toilet leak on our second floor causing a drip on our first floor. We got a different company to come do the emergency water remediation, but afterwards were looking for someone to come do the repairs. We communicated with Dale, who seems like a really nice guy, and he said he'd come Sunday early afternoon. Didn't show up by 2, so we texted. He was not going to make it and suggested he could come Tuesday at 3pm. Tuesday at 3:30, he hadn't showed up, we texted to see what was going on, he said he wasn't going to make it but could come another day. At that point, it was clear he was not going to be reliable enough for us so we didn't make another appointment. There was never a "sorry" or a heads up that he wasn't going to show up at an agreed upon time. I wish he'd just told us up front that he was too busy to take us on as a client, instead of keeping us waiting.
