Their menu is broken down by HOT and COLD dishes. They might have to add a LUKE WARM section unfortunately. What happened to this place? I've been a Nobu fan for years. Las Vegas was my first followed by London, NY, Hawaii, and San Diego. Well, I ordered the miso cod. It was not hot, the miso wasn't cooked through (hard to explain), and the skin of the fish was soggy. I also ordered the Las Vegas special Salmon Nashi which raved about a Japanese pear, truffle salts, and unforgettable other ingredients. While the concept seems interesting, the execution was flawed. The pear portion size to the salmon sashimi doesn't work. Its far too big and takes away from the salmon leaving a confusing fruit and raw fish situation. Also, the cuts of pear and salmon were inconsistent - just bad. I spoke with the server and the man behind the sushi bar. To sum it up they shrugged their shoulders. They did not offer a better replacement or any other dish to maybe turn my experience around. I hope other Nobu locations stay true. I recommend skipping the one in Las Vegas.
