  • I ordered my daughters pictures first week in June around a week later I received another child's photos. The lady I contacted about this stated to just throw out the pictures that I received and my daughters pictures would be sent to me. Here we are a month later and I have still not yet received my daughters kindergarten graduation pictures. So depressing being that this is a moment that can not be retaken. I will be contacting them again and will update everyone on how long it takes to receive the correct pictures. Smh... First experience with company and more than likely will be last. Good thing I kept the wrong pictures they sent as proof.
