I am a new customer and I was lied to from the very beginning. I was told I had a 30-day grace period (signed-up with rep at Costco), however, you have 24 hours to decide if you want to cancel not 30 days. Our on-demand function has not worked since day 1. I have spent 10+ hours trying to troubleshoot, had a tech out once, had a scheduled tech appt again and they did not show up, and then could not come back for 4 days...Every time you try to speak to a supervisor they put you on hold, or hang-up. It's a bummer that these huge companies have no competition so we are left to deal with these issues.
