rev:text	I CAN NOT BELIEVE I PAID! This was honestly the WORST pedicure I've ever had. I went in with two friends and the place was a little busy but I didn't mind the wait. When we were finally sat to begin our deluxe pedicures the water in the foot tub was cold, when I told them the water was cold I was told it's been busy and all the hot water is out... that is in no way an acceptable answer! If there is not hot water to give pedicures then they need to wait and not continue to seat people. The lady I had quickly ran through the polish removal and nail trim and put the scrub on my legs and then walked away for 7 minutes and said she was going to wait for the water to warm up. When she returned the water was still not warm so she just rinsed off the scrub she never even rubbed on my legs. And started to prep to polish. I had to ask her to scrub the bottom of my feet with the buffer she said she forgot she thought she did!!! I couldn't believe it! She did it quickly and finished up, never did the mud mask which is supposed to be included, never did a massage and didn't even rub the scrub in which is included in the deluxe package and I was finished before my friend who started after me AND my lady walked away for 7 minutes! At checkout I asked her if it was even the deluxe and why it was so much shorter than my friends she told me the other lady is a slow polisher. Now I'm home feeling the bottom of my rough feet and CANT BELIEVE I actually paid for that! I'm furious!!
