Pricey but always a great steak!
We came here for a family celebration and even though the place was full of business diners, we received good service.
We started with the chilled seafood tower which while pricey, was excellent. This was followed by salads and I have to say that I preferred the"old" Wedge versus the New Wedge. The previous Wedge was the best that I have had anywhere and was just the right combination of flavors and crispy iceberg lettuce.
Steaks (Filets and Prime Ribeyes) were tender, moist, and cooked to perfection. Personally, I just prefer the high-temperature broiling method that Flemings uses to cook their steaks versus an open-flame/grilling approach. One diner had Seabass which fresh and tender. Sides (grilled asparagus, Fleming's potatoes, and creamed spinach) are always fresh and flavorful and among the best I've had anywhere.
The Raymond Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was a nice value accompaniment with the steaks.
Crème Brulée was excellent and the Chantilly cream is just sinful.
A great place for special occasion.
