I really used to love this place, but it's amazing how staff can make such a huge difference in the customer experience. I just placed an order for pickup, and the woman on the phone could not have been more rude, actin like she was doing me a service because I wanted to buy food from them. Some of the food items are quite good (house salad, salmon bagel), but others are miserable (never order an espresso drink here, it's a disaster). When you add the hit-or-miss menu items to servers with bad attitudes, it's a place that ends up at a 2-star rating.
