I'm a big fan of fresh pasta so when I heard this place imports from Italy I was super excited to try it. But it was mediocre from start to finish and not worth the price we paid.
My husband and I like to be adventurous so we started off with the pigs feet. This was a little too fatty for me but the sauce was adequate and it was interesting to try.
Afterwards, we weren't sure what pasta to get so we thought we'd split the bolognese of the day. The picture on the menu made it look big but when it arrived there was not a whole lot there. I thought the pasta was extremely underwhelming for supposedly "fresh pasta".
Because I'm a glutton for punishment, I decided to order the carbonara which I thought would be better. It wasn't. Pasta still tasted stale to me and the sauce was underwhelming as well.
Overall we felt that the price for everything just wasn't worth it. Yes it's the strip and you're gonna pay more but for this price we expected top notch pasta. I felt like the meal was comparable to any run of the mill pasta place on the strip that would be cheaper.
