  • These guys were great, sent a message through Yelp and had a response that same evening (it was after hours on holiday weekend). I sent a picture of my model and serial number of my GE profile refrigerator that was not making ice any longer. He was able to message me the cost and scheduled the work to be done on Sunday afternoon for a new ice maker (I messaged him Friday evening). I told him it was not a rush if he wanted to to it during the week but he said it was no problem and showed up on time and did the work quickly. He even confirmed that my ice maker was bad before replacing the unit in case it was something else that was broken. Super impressed with these guys and highly recommend them.
