Gave them one star because I couldn't give them 0... This is the worst experience I've ever had "PETSTUPID." If they were so smart they would not send you a coupon on October 2nd 5:49 pm that expires October 4th with October 15 in large bold print at the bottom of the coupon... oh bye the way they did have October 4th on the coupon in very small what I will call ghost letters for lack of a better description of letters that are very faint unlike all the other lettering... This felt like pure consumer fraud "the good old fashion BAIT & SWITCH." It took me back to a simpler time when you knew big companies did it and it was just unethical not illegal. "PETSTUPID" has done a fantastic job of getting to the top of the pet industry. In fact they have become so good at what they do, I think they must sit in their giant "PETSTUPID" headquarters, kissing their own ass's, bragging to each other how they are so great that they don't need all those wonderful customers who put them where they are, one customer at a time... Well just a word to the wise. We can also leave you one customer at a time and don't think you're to smart to survive without us. Consumers have brought down bigger corporations than "PETSTUPID" because they thought they were to big to be touched... Just remember my pet does not give a rats ass where I shop... and I can tell you it won't be "PETSTUPID" ever again. I have friends, who have friends, who have friends. Next thing you know, you will have empty stores and pay checks bouncing like big rubber balls simply because you became forgot as they say "to dance with the one that brung you" MY $180.00 purchase may seem small to those in the ivory towers but it's a start... it felt great knowing it was back in my pocket and heading somewhere where customers count. OH YES THE 20 SOMETHING MANAGER SHOULD NEVER REFER TO A CUSTOMER AS "SWEETY" IT'S YES SIR, NO SIR, YES MA'AM, NO MA'AM....
