  • Finally brought the wife in because she couldn't get an appt with primary care doc for another week. Looked online for the "save my spot" feature. At 9:00 it said they'd save a spot for 11:40. Got there at 11:20 to an empty waiting room and one less than cordial receptionist. At 12:00 she was finally called into an exam room, only to text 20 minutes later she was still waiting to be seen. Why bother with the save my place joke when you still end up waiting over 1/2 hour? We chose this place because there was no out of pocket since she works for the same corporation. Time to rethink the cost saving vs time wasting.
