  • I had an appointment at 4:30pm on a Friday and went to buy a new or used car but by the time I made a decision on what I wanted it was 6pm so I made an appointment to purchase the car I wanted on Monday (because the "banks were now closed" and I had a baby shower on Saturday), so they called on Saturday to confirm my appt then about an hour later called to say they sold my car! They definitely lost a customer and devastated me as by this time I fell in love with this car. I will NEVER go back there or relay on them. My disappointment in the entire situation is unmeasurable. Although in a different area, Spitzer Toyota is a much better place to go.
