  • i absolutely love Dr. Burns but her staff is impossible to deal with. I am a diabetic and get yeast infections but I cannot take the over the counter creams as they cause more discomfort. That is noted in my file. The diflucan pills seem to work great but if I have to call it in and the doctor is not there it is like pulling teeth. the receptionist wanted me to wait 3 days to come in and get swabbed but offered no resolution for my interim discomfort. I an disappointed that the staff was not more helpful and for this I need to find a new OBGYN that has a staff that can be more helpful. Dr. Burns you are fantastic but your staff is less than helpful.
