First time customer. Very bad experience. Read my story; judge for yourself...
Jet ski pickup:
(a) rented a jet ski, and at pickup time recieved great customer service. Everything was explained in detail. I completed inspection of jet ski before rental and approved it was undamaged before pickup.
(b) The cashier asked a few unprofessional personal questions. I thought they were being too friendly intially, but realized I was being screened to make sure they would actually do business with me. would prefer they were upfront that they were asking the questions for those purposes.
(c) jet ski had empty gas tank at pickup.
(d) they record your personal vehicle insurance info, and advise they will make your insurance pay if the trailer or ski is damaged on the road.
Jet ski return:
(a) We return the jet ski undamaged, however they suddenly adopt a different attitude on inspection vs during pickup. they crawl under the trailer to look at every piece of the UNDERSIDE of the jet ski for any damage. They also look UNDERNEATH plastic trim for fiberglass damage.
(b) So, at pickup inspection - did I crawl under the jetski and take a screwdriver to examine fiberglass under the plastic trim for damage? No.
(c) They located damage that I had not caused. After I explained it would be unreasonable for me to have located the small 1.5 inch damage at pickup, they advise I will maybe be charged for 400-500 up to 8000.
(d) I am left unattended in the lobby for 10 minutes, them they return to advise I will not be charged for the damage.
(e) I ask for written document to confirm we are.released from liability, and they refuse. I ask again politely, and they refuse to provide anything other than verbal agreement I will not be charged for damages
My experience was stressful and I was left feeling like a falsely accused criminal. The situation was handled with ver poor communication.
I would not recommend doing business here.
I suspect they have low prices and expect to CON you for false damages at pickup inspection.
