  • Just spent over 2 hours at Fabulous Freddy's on Craig Rd. Unbelievable. Ordered a regular wash - inside and out - with carpet cleaning too. Why the wait? I was told they were short a couple of detailers. Suggestion: stop offering certain services like detailing if crew gets that small. You can't keep people hostage for 2 hours. I like being able to get my car washed at a full-service car wash; I worked at one myself many years ago (where, by the way, we hustled when it got busy). Anyway, as for me, I won't every go back to Fabulously Slow Freddy's.
