I have eaten at roaring fork twice. Both times when I was done I felt like I over paid and under enjoyed. This is partly because of me I am sure. I go there thinking it is a steakhouse and it is not. They do have steak but the menu is more eclectic. You could say it is a very Arizona menu, which I like but I think it is too pricy for that level of food. Service has always been just ok as well. I don't expect glorious service but I do expect more returns to the table and service with a smile. My suggestion would be, don't go here for a big steak dinner and expect a little less service than you are accustomed to in scottsdale.
