  • Have had great service in the past - staffing is clearly an issue. Waited quite a while to be greeted, then chose to sit in the bar area after seeing the dining room chaos going on. I waited 11 minutes and was not even acknowledged so I left. After sharing with a friend, found out they had service issues the day before. That party had been warned that the bar area server would take up to 15 minutes before helping you. That warning came from a Chili's staff member. Yikes!
