Ne is no longer at Nail Envy. I wish I knew what happens to her. I had a pedicure done by another technician however it is not the same. Ne knew exactly what my toes needed. It's a very sad day for my toes.
This is an old review.
I have been a customer of Nail Envy for years. I live very far form this nail shop but my sister and I make the drive because we love the way Ne does our pedicures. The one star rating isn't because Ne did a bad job with our pedicures because she is AWSOME! Here is why I gave them a one star. We had a 2pm appointment and we arrived at 1:45 pm we checked in waited about 10 min to be acknowledged. We continued to wait for about 10 more minutes when the new African American receptionist asked if we had an appointment I told her that we both had appointments at 2pm. For some reason she kept asking for our appointment time I don't know why but she asked about 3 times. Around 2:10 Juliane came up to us and informed us that they were a little bit behind. We said it was ok we will wait. By a bit I thought maybe 15-20 minutes behind. My sister was sat at the pedicure chair for about 40 minutes before Her pedicure started. At around 3pm I was taken to the pedicure chair to soak my feet and my pedicure didn't until 3:50 pm. We were there for over 3 hours. To top things off the receptionist was charging us $100 for 2 pedicures. I argued with her until she charged me the $50 for 2 pedicures. She didn't even bother to check with anyone if I was telling her the truth or not. I could have lied and given her a different amount if I wanted to. Also, I don't understand why we were told they were a bit behind when that wasn't the case. Another thing is why didn't they call us before we got there if they knew they were so far behind specially since u always give them my number when I scheduled my appointments. I just don't get why this happens to us since we have been customers for years. Is this how you reward your loyal customers? I'm just so disappointed and no one even apologized for the inconvenience.
