  • This is a team of amazing people, from Barbara at the front desk to Amanda, the owner. I lost a ton of weight and gained muscle mass while I was a member- unfortunately, I was involved in an accident and couldn't continue. I will definitely plan on going back once I have recouped. Better yet, I can attest that the whole team truly care. They have continuously followed up, referred me to medical professionals and have shown they genuinely care. Thank You!
