  • I always shop here since its really close to my house. They suck. They really suck. I am sorry. I had purchased something earlier that day at the Decatur store and had it in the original box and original receipt, since this location is close to me I decided to return it here. And boy was I wrong, as soon as I said I was returning something, it was all bad. I proceeded to the gentleman's register, and he asked why was I returning the tool, I told him I didn't need it, he wasn't convinced and rolled his eyes. He said I couldn't return it. I had just purchased this 3 hr ago. I asked why? He said it didn't look right, he also said that it had scratches and that I used it. Wow! I couldn't believe it. If you walk over to the tool area, you will realize that all the tools have scratches from banging on each other. Metal + metal equals Scratches. He said that no matter what store I went to they wouldn't return it. I grabbed my receipt and decided to go the following day to a location on the east side and guess what. They returned it. :) I also asked at the other location why I had issues at this store and he just laughed, he said too many people return things that have been used, but he immediately recognized that I hadn't used that tool. I told him that this store also said that my return could only be returned at purchased location since it was "used". He said that it just depends, but he reassured me that what they did here at this store wasn't correct. I have shopped here before, and it was good, so I wasn't pleased with this return issue. Bad practice team.
