  • Joe and Bill (Z) were amazing guys to work with. They listened to what I was looking for and delivered upon that. Most other jewelry stores I met with talked over me instead of listening. Joe and Bill made purchasing an engagement ring as easy as can be and once I made my decision it was mounted and done for me within 24 hours. (The bonus is they have an on staff jeweler where most others ship the items off site for work or repair) I can't thank the staff at Z's enough for the hard work they put in and talking with me nicely and calmly.
