  • It was getting late and we really needed to eat before going back to the hotel. We were walking and found Vargas. We loved it. All of it. It is great. I had never been to a place that has a full steakhouse menu and some of the best sushi you will ever have, I was in heaven. We decided to share food. The Prime Rib was perfect and we ordered mashed to go with it and oh my God. It was wonderful. We also ordered various sushi and a sushi sandwich. Okay, we spent a lot of money, but it was so great and there was not one thing we did not love. Their wine list is extensive and the server will help you out. She/he will also tell you what is the freshest fish to have and what is just great. The service is great and you can linger if you want. The place is spotless, it is beautiful and you will love it. I can't wait to go back.
