On top of beyond mildly berated by who i assume is the owner, because he believes i posted an "unfair" review, because "i don't know them ", well, i don't need to know them- their work speaks for itself.
Next time, maybe offer to fix an unhappy client's nails, instead of deflecting and trying to place the blame on the client. If i pay for a service, i shouldn't have to ask for it to be perfect, or complain to make it so. Your job is to do nails, maybe you should think about doing them well, without someone having to complain in order to make it so.
