  • Mike arrived at our house with instructions from the home warranty company to replace the water heater. This was after the first service call when they did a flush that they assured would last a year. Mike came with a terrible attitude. It was the day before a holiday weekend. He said it is a "LOT" of work to replace a water heater and said the issue was the recirculation pump. He charged us to change the pipe so he could remove the recirculation pump. The water was still rust color. We called back the home warranty company and they sent a different company out. It was determined that it was in fact the water heater and the work done by Pruitt's was unnecessary and felt I shouldn't have been charged. The second company that came out said any knowledgeable plumber would know recirculation pumps don't rust! Stay clear of Pruitt's!
