P.S. While waiting (for an hour -- good thing I came early) to give back my rental car and receive a shuttle ride to the airport, I overheard this conversation:
Customer (petite woman with small child): "We're back! Can someone help us move our luggage into the shuttle?"
Service rep: "We don't carry luggage. The doors are unlocked; move it yourself."
Wow. In today's economy, in which I'm accustomed to being wooed by companies that want my money (companies that are folding left and right), these guys aren't even trying.
