  • Service is Real Bad. A tech came out and told us nothing was wrong with the system. I pointed out the A/C isn't cooling the house and the temp has risen to 87 degrees. His response was "I don't know what to tell you, I don't see anything wrong" He proceeded to leave only to come back three hours later to look again and determine there is a Warranty issue as something is blocking in the system that was installed only two months ago. A warranty person was to come out the next day only to find the wrong person scheduled the appointment and instead of a morning time frame it turned out to be " Sometime later ". This place is a mess.
