  • Darrin is amazing! This place actually is how a business should be run. I was a hairdresser at very upscale resort salons so I understand what good customer service is, they have this down. They make sure you understand what they are doing and why. They do not speak in circles around a subject to try and confuse you which is so greatly appreciated. Any and all work in the future for my air conditioning needs will be handled by this company. Is so funny another part might need to be replaced, they gave me a price and I said "well plus labor and a service charge to come out" expecting them to be like every other company out there... NO, the price they quoted me is going to be the all inclusive price! I'm amazed that there is still a company out there with dignity. This is how I was with my clients in the salon and it makes me so happy to know ( and feel better that not everyone out there wants to take advantage) there are still people out there that are actually good people. Yes, fixing an air conditioning system is expensive no matter what but I feel finally I was not being "screwed" over. Thank you so very much!
