Amazing food and amazing service. Martin's rustic, humble yet intricate flavours were spectacular. Ordered veal shank with lentils, au pied de cochon, and foie gras nigiri. First is so tender cooked to perfection, even though on the salty side; im giving the benefit of the doubt that it was just a heavy handed cook. Second is probably the best; Picard transformed the pig foot into something exquisite. The foie gras melted, mashed potatoes were perfectly seasoned, and actual foot was tender. Overall food was sublime. Giving it four stars because the food was not balanced in terms of food groups and/or textures. Also I wish the staff warned that each meat dish was good for 4 to 5 people. Very easy to over order here.
