rev:text	Stayed at the Doubletree on a roadtrip across the midwest. After failing to get a room at the Hyatt, I was recommended here. I quickly called the front desk and they reserved a room for us immediately - we checked in about 10 minutes later after we'd parked our car. Parking is $16 in their garage with unlimited in/out privileges BUT, they offer a free shuttle downtown! We never had to use our car after we parked. The complimentary cookie was warm and tasty as usual and I even had my boyfriend stop by to pick up another one for me later on. The front desk ladies were extremely helpful in suggesting some places for us to go for dinner. They had tons of recommendations and were extremely helpful. The room was clean but a tad on the small side. Just your standard hotel room in the downtown portion of a midsize metropolitan area. Wifi was free and I had no issues connecting to it. The hotel is right next to the lake so it was a bit chilly at night - but great views. The shuttle drivers were very quick to pick up and drop off...no issues with them at all. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for a quick stay. There were a ton of other hotels in the area so look around for the best location for you!
