  • We rented a house in Gilbert through Service Star almost a year ago, and while we had a few slip ups during move in (nothing major, just disorganization from a woman no longer working there) everything has been stellar since. Our home is in good condition and the maintenance staff is amazing. We've had a total of two maintenance issues since we've been here and both were handled promptly and compassionately. Our A/C went out and after trying to handle it directly with the homeowners preferred vendor repeatedly, Rhonda from Service Star intervened and got a repairman out same day. She apologized for the trouble we went through and expressed our disappointment to the vendor who dropped the ball. We are so greatful for her help and are glad that we utilized Service Star for our rental needs.
