| - First and foremost I have to say, I like Mor Furniture. They have great items and fair prices and the salesman Tim T. was awesome!!
This review is solely based on the delivery and logistics of my order. I purchased an entertainment center Saturday, delivery was set up for delivery Monday between 12pm and 6-7pm. After waiting around all day I finally get a phone call from the office at 5 stating the driver was very behind and he wouldn't be here until 9-9:30pm. I was disappointed because that was not going to work for me and I had to reschedule.
Delivery was then set up for Wednesday between 1 - 5pm, no problem right. Waiting, waiting... decide to call and they tell me he is behind again. I ask how far behind, I can handle an hour or so, no... THREE deliveries behind. I did ask to speak to the manager because I am now wondering why I am paying a $100 delivery fee to wait when they should have been here. They are refunding the fee but I am still incredibly disappointed, I feel like they don't care about the customer very much.
At the time I was on the phone with the manager I asked for a one hour call ahead which he confirmed twice. 6:17pm rolls around and I get my phone call with the driver saying he will be there in 15 minutes, I just had to laugh. They show up and start setting everything up, nice guys. But then there were parts missing! At this point I just give up, unbelievable. Needless to say, Mor has lost a customer due to these issues. Very sad because I was approved for quite a bit of financing and am due for new couches in a few months.
