Had a terrible experience at Anjolique. Would NOT recommend at all.
I came for an Allure Trunk show, my consultant was not ready for me which was fine because my friend meeting me there was running a little late.
I took a look at the dresses for the trunk show which were on the rack in the front of the store, a bride a head of me grabbed the majority of them to try on.
My friend arrived and we browsed the racks and grabbed about 10. We could tell one of the consultants was not happy about us grabbing that many dresses but since our consultant was not attending to us we did not know better.
Finally my consultant joined us and began to help try the dresses on. We went through the dresses and she put the smaller sized dresses to the side basically saying since their sample wasn't in a larger size that I was unable to even consider those dresses. I asked about the trunk show dresses and she went to look for them but didn't return with them, she told me they wouldn't fit me so I wasn't able to try them on. Since these dresses are able to be ordered in larger sizes I asked her if I see them, she pointed across the store and said "they're over there."
The consultant worked with me to try on a couple dresses I personally pulled from the racks until the phone rang at the front desk and she went to answer it then hung out up there with another girl for a while.
I really liked a dress and wrote down the information and quickly got dressed. The consultant finally returned and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. I told her no that we were leaving.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced, shopping for a wedding dress should be enjoyable and make you feel like a princess especially when you're potentially spending thousands of dollars with them. Instead I left Anjolique feeling angry, self conscience and dread trying on more dresses.
