  • First time had my permanent makeup, Cindy was recommended by a good friend. Bad experience my eye brows are crooked and my eye liner is none existent. I went back for follow up after months of trying to coordinate around both of our schedules. Went in and explained, she said she didn't see what I was referring to. Asked me to draw in what I wanted fixed. I asked for some type of measuring tool and assistance but she wanted no part of it. After 20 mins of trying to pencil in what I wanted fixed she basically said she could not work on me and began trying to make me the bad guy because I missed 2 appointments, which is not true. Do you really think I enjoy walking around with crooked eyebrows. Thanks Cindy
