I tried the maple bacon donut and it was between OK and good. It is a dense little greasy cake donut. It had maple icing with a medium amount of flavor (would have been better with a little more maple intensity). It was topped with a ton of bacon crumbles. There was thus a disproportionate bacon flavor. I also think it would have been better if the bacon was crunchier instead of chewy because it was at that level of chewiness that doesn't chew so well. This may be TMI, but it was like chew chew swallow, without really getting broken down. The indoor space is extremely tiny, but there is some outdoor seating with a couple of tall tables and stools. I could not find a trash can indoor or out. I'm glad I tried it, but I don't see it at hype-worthy. I do, however, appreciate how tiny it was because I didn't have to commit to a giant pastry. They don't have any bathrooms.
