If so, the atmosphere here might just be right up your alley! No but seriously, there are a lot of really, really motivated shoppers here. And some interesting older immigrant folks that come in and hang out.
To their credit, the staff has actually organized things a lot lately. It's gotten a lot better, in terms of stuff not being piled wildly everywhere. And they've got their work cut out for them, because the customers tend to throw everything on the floor by the end of the day.
You can find some good stuff here, but you're best off coming in early, around opening time. And be prepared to spend some time looking through the store pretty thoroughly.
Ask about the rotating sale schedule. It's changed recently, but one pricetag colour is half off every week.
