| - I bought a watch from this Jared store for my husband in December 2017 for Christmas. He wore it maybe 5 times, and the metal started fading, so we brought it back to exchange it within our 30 day timeframe. The lady that sold it to us told me that she didn't know why that happened, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought another MORE EXPENSIVE watch. Again, had the watch for about two weeks, and it faded. We brought this second watch back today to return and look elsewhere. When we tried to return to get our money back, and BRENT gave us a hard time. He kept telling me we should exchange it again and not buy a black watch again. I told him no, at this point, we want our money back. You guys could've told us this when we came to exchange and pay you MORE the 1st time we came back. Finally, he decides to return, but all of the sudden, he does not have $170 in cash to refund us and they have to issue a check. SO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME, ITS LATER IN THE DAY AND AS A HIGH END JEWELRY STORE, YOU DO NOT HAVE $170 to give us back our money??? Yeah, NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! I shop at Kays and Zales, and always great service. Do not buy a watch at this store! I'll update you all on IF our check ever comes ?
