  • The usual Embassy Suites quality with the exception of the hotel front desk and the manager. These two were the most unhospitable people I have ever met in my years of business travel. Downright rude, condescending and full of their own egotistical self importance. I watched them barrage a guest with name calling and insults in front of everyone waiting to check in and for no apparent reason.. It was beyond despicable.
