I could've easily been talked into a new vacuum, and told my old one was broken or needed a lot of repair. However, I was simply sold a $5 belt and shown where the vacuum had a couple of major clogs. Old fashioned honesty, good nature, and looking out for the interest of a customer who would've willingly and unknowingly spent a lot more money goes a long way in my book. Yesterday was my first time to Shav Tronics, but I will be a customer anytime I need anything vacuum related. You should be too.
