  • Beware of what your designer B gives you as a price it may not be what you expected. Purchased a Jenn Air refrigerator via my design person doing our remodel. Received a super price and was told that it was a display model. Took a look at it and there were a few issues with shelves that they replace and accepted to purchase the item. It was odd that they wanted payment ASAP since the work was delayed for several months and wanted it stored in our garage during the work process. House remodel complete, 3 months after remodel needed to change out the water filter, you know what the plastic knob was missing and the filter was held in place by duct tape. Called AZ Wholesale and asked to have a plastic knob for the filter and they said I purchased the item 'as is' and they could not do anything for me. Called my designer B whom never addressed my issues and I ordered the part from Jenn Air. They love you until they get the last check. Ordered the part and 1 month later the refrigerator stopped working. Called my designer B who told me to call Jenn Air since I now purchased a 'AS IS' appliance. Called Jenn Air to have a warranty person come out and low and behold the serial number of my refrigerator is a 2011 Jenn Air 4 years old. No wonder they wanted payment ASAP. Buyer BEWARE. Jenn Air was nice to extend the warranty NO HELP FROM AZ WHOLESALE or my Designer B. Be sure you ask what year item was made, not like a car and you can tell it is 4 years old. I trusted my designer B and AZ Wholesale...Too bad they lost a customer and my word of mouth will be loud and against both companies. I hope my Bertazzoni oven is not 50 years old since they put whip cream on sh..with the refrigerator. I should have gone to Ikea at least they have some integrity and honesty. Never again Never again
