  • Dealt with Ron and Leslie. Both were very friendly and professional and helpful in explaining everything they were going to do. If I ever have a hardware problem with my electronics, I'll definitely bring them here to help remedy. Brought in an older iPhone 5s with a non-working home button with the top of the screen coming off (I taped it to keep it from coming off). I thought it would cost a lot to get the phone fixed it it could be done at all. The sim-less phone has s been minimally used over the last couple of months. Also the battery was draining from 100% in the am to battery expended at the end of they day. They originally diagnosed that it may be a defective apple battery pushing the screen out, but I mentioned that my wife had dropped it a few time and eventually the top of the screen separated from the body. After the took they phone, they called and said the battery was fine, but the home button was ripped away from the motherboard. They replaced the home button for less than half what i thought if may cost. This was all done within an hour. Overall experience was excellent.
