  • Very impressed with The Laundry Store! We were shopping for a new washer-dryer combo unit; we thought we had settled on a model from LG, and were calling around to determine local availability. Unfortunately, most stores would not even answer the phone, and Sears said they would not have it in stock til late September. Enter The Laundry Store, who not only answered the phone AND had the model in stock, but also informed us that a far cheaper model was every bit as good, and would be a better replacement for our old Malber. They saved us nearly $1000, and delivered our new machine around noon the very next weekday. Delivery, installation and removal of our old model was quite affordable, and took only a few minutes. We've called them once since with an operating question, and received an answer immediately. The machine works well, so we are very happy we took the staff's advice to save some money!
