  • My experiences with Airtime's technician, Joshua, and owner, Brian, were outstanding. We had some challenges figuring out if our AC unit needed to be replaced or if it was prudent to simply repair it and Joshua walked us through the options with an unbiased approach. I personally hate feeling the company simply wants to sell me a new unit when I don't need one and never felt this way in any communication with Airtime. We made the decision that was best for us and felt everyone in the company was helpful and informative. Great response time, customer service, reasonable prices, and honest communication. I highly recommend this company!
