  • Poor communication and at every renewal there's always a surprise. Jewelry and furs endorsement showed up on my last homeowners renewal. Are you kidding ? What jewelry and what furs?? When I really needed help with a change on my homeowners insurance rather than grab the bull by the horns what came was a passive excuse making result. If you're with State Farm you can choose another agent. I suggest checking reviews because when you really need them they should respond to you.
