  • Same experience as the other rater from this year. After several years of good experience we have been plagued by calls and messages not returned. Certainly not accustomed to having to chase down a contractor to get work scheduled. The final straw was a scheduled appointment for yesterday - with a target of early morning. No show. No response to email, phone call, or text. Apparently they are no longer in the business.
