  • Good food for the money but the last time I visited I found a hair in my burger. I pulled it out and told my wife that the hair is short and curly. She looked into the kitchen and none of the cooks had curly hair! I thought it looked like a pubic hair. I complained to the manager and all she did was remove the burger from the bill. I gelt the whole meal should have been free. *side note: Yelp, you should have a negative star icon for places that don't warrant one star rating like Steak 'n Shake.
