  • I emailed Barb on a Tuesday asking her if I could make an appointment at lunch or in the evening sometime that week. She emailed me back about 6 hours later saying she had something the next day at 1 or friday at 1. I replied back 45 mins later saying that tomorrow at 1 would be great. I was on my way when I realized I never heard back from her so I gave her a quick call to confirm. She told me that she couldn't do 1, and that she was too busy and I should go somewhere else. Wish she would have told me that in the first place before I re-arranged my entire schedule to meet with her.
