  • Another great freebee benefit for Platinum and other certain American Express card holders. This lounge offers a sunny cozy calm oasis for the discerning traveler looking to recharge before their next flight. Tucked away to the right at the entrance to terminal B you could almost miss it if it weren't clearly marked. If you don't have a card that qualifies you for free entry you can pay $20 dollars to enter. Paying the entry fee gives you a six or seven dollar credit towards your bar and food bill. So it's really not a bad deal at all for non qualifying card holders either. It's rather small in square footage, but it's design is efficient and minimalist to afford the largest amount of space. The calming monochrome color scheme, high ceilings, and huge sunny windows with nice views really make this space feel comfortable and larger than it is. I saddled up to the bar here before my flight here Sunday. They have about ten really good high quality wines by the glass. I tried some red wine with a delicious cheese plate consisting of Chevre, Roquefort and a few other cheeses. The crackers, cheese and wine were enough to make a satisfying meal for me, but if you want a traditional meal I don't think they have much in the way of that besides a few sandwiches. They did have an interesting looking Mediterranean plate with grape leaves on it that I will try next time I am on my way out of town. If you ordered a few things you could easily make a satisfying Tapa type meal for yourself and a friend. The wine was so delicious with the cheese that I was completely satisfied. There was only one attendant at the club, but she did an amazing job. Her name was Toni. She checked me in very efficiently and never missed a beat on refilling glasses, taking new food and drink orders, and keeping the club spotless. So friendly and efficient! She deserves special commendation. There are a multitude of charging stations that can accommodate a plethora of plugs at the bar or in the seating area. (Utilizing my charging Iphone and Bose noise cancelling ear buds) the free wifi was excellent enough to watch all the Kyary Pamyu Pamyu videos on You Tube I wanted with no buffering pauses! 'Kira Kira Killer Happy Happy Happy Kira Kira Killer Lucky Lucky Lucky Doki Doki doki Fall in Love 1234 coming soon'... sip fabulously blended Australian Shiraz and then a glass of blended Mendoza Malbec. Watch Kyary fly on a hover skateboard through a worm hole back from the afterlife. Forget horrible stay at Double Tree.. Have some more wine.. Have some more cheese.. Enjoy life... Thank you, Air Space Lounge! I had a wonderful visit!
