  • Guerilla marketing door to door. Same issue as all other complaints. Sales pitch about my neighbors etc. The contract can be cancelled in 3 days, by written letter, certified mail, per Arizona Statue: A.R.S. 44-5001, Arizona Home Solicitations Act. Take complaints to the Attorney General. This company is looking for long term contracts to lock you in. They failed in their service within 24 hrs with my contract. Their service falls short of their promises and contract. Chandler and Gilbert AZ residents, stay away. Find a company you can fire month to month. Don't let businesses like these quick services lock you in. Use: ArizonaPestPrevention.com instead. I have been told they are the best pest control company in Arizona. This came from a very reliable source to me. Apparently they are a family owned and operated business that pay attention to detail.
